Groups and individuals may reserve a meeting room below. Please note the following rules:

  • Patrons must check in with a library staff member upon arrival to use a meeting room.
  • Rooms may be reserved for a maximum of 2 hours per day. If you make multiple bookings in the same day, your requests will be denied. If you need a room for longer than 2 hours, we may be able to make a one-time exception; please email [email protected].
  • Please include setup and teardown time when you reserve a room. You may not be able to enter the room before your reserved time.
  • Individuals or groups may not have more than 3 reservations scheduled at one time.
  • Meeting rooms must be vacated no later than 15 minutes before the library closes.
