Board Games

Ventress Memorial Library is excited to offer an exciting selection of classic and hobbyist board games for you and your family to enjoy. We hope this collection supports screen-free family time. Teen games are shelved outside of the Teen Room, between the teen nonfiction collection and the teen video games. Kids games are shelved in the Children’s Room between the biographies and the nonfiction.

Checking Out Board Games

Please be mindful of the following policies when checking out a board game:

Board games may be checked out by any patron with a teen or adult card.
Limit of three board games per household (i.e. per home address).
Board games circulate for two weeks and may be renewed one time.
There are no overdue fines associated with board games.
Board games may be placed on hold for local pickup only.
Board games must be returned to the Ventress Memorial Library only.
All board games circulate with a list of the parts and pieces and game value. Patrons may be fined up to the full value if a game is returned with damaged or missing pieces.
