1/23: Children's Area CLOSED Due to Ceiling Damage

The Ventress Children's Room will be CLOSED for this week and next due to major ceiling damage following this past weekend's ice storm and subsequent melting. Due to safety concerns, we cannot allow patrons to go into the room or access the children's collection.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and are eagerly looking forward to the ceiling being fixed. Our regularly scheduled children's programs will run as scheduled in our program room unless otherwise noted.

We will make an announcement when the room is safe to re-open to the public. In the meantime, we have carts of our new children's books available to be browsed or checked out.

In the meantime, we hope you'll visit the children's areas of all the other wonderful libraries in the Old Colony Library Network, which will all happily take Marshfield library cards. You can check out their hours here.

Come in today to find out more information on our programs, grab a calendar or brochure, and take a look around. Feel free to contact the library for updates on events and programs.
